Information may be shared with trusted team members and third-party tools (hosting providers, ad platforms, payment gateways) strictly to deliver your project.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security & Retention
All files and project data are stored securely.
We retain information only as long as required for project completion, legal compliance, or business purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

2. Payment Policies
Branding & Design
Payment: 50% upfront, 50% before final delivery (UPI/Bank Transfer/Invoice).
Editable source files and final handover are shared only after full payment.
Minor revisions (within scope) are included; additional revisions may be charged.
Website Development
Payment: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% before handover.
Hosting, domain, and third-party integrations are billed separately unless agreed otherwise.
Ownership and access to the website are transferred only after full settlement.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Payment: 100% advance monthly retainer (UPI/Bank Transfer).
Paid ad budgets (Meta, Google, etc.) are billed separately and must be paid directly by the client.
Work begins only after advance payment confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Branding & Design: If canceled after work begins, the upfront fee is non-refundable. Full refund applies only if canceled before project start.
Website Development: If canceled mid-project, completed milestones are non-refundable. Pending milestones may be refunded.
SMM: Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month’s work has started. Future months can be canceled with 7-day prior notice.
4. General Terms
All project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and payments from the client. Delays on the client’s side may extend delivery.
GRXS.studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or advertising platforms.
Intellectual property rights (designs, content, websites) are transferred to the client only after full and final payment.
GRXS.studio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in paused work or project suspension until dues are cleared.
